I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs with a 3.60 GPA, after getting an Associate’s Degree in Law.

Having served as reference person or coordinator in most of my previous positions, I have accumulated collaborative, coordination and managerial experience that I think will be vital in performing this role.

Also, having successfully operated in many technical, financial and customer service [back and front end] settings before, I believe my technical abilities and operational aptitude will be good fits for the requirements of this position.

By way of example; I did, among other things, meticulous case management – utilizing plentiful software tools and CRMs, as well as extensive back and front end account management and top-notch customer service in my roles as Account Executive, International Assistance Coordinator and Operations Manager. These involved regular daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly financial and overall operational analysis and attendant audits pertaining to individual items and entire business lines. Through which I gained a detail-and-summary understanding of the performance of said items, business lines, the human resources and companies as a whole.

To achieve this, I resorted to financial modeling on spreadsheets, with graphs and other visualization tools and making power-point presentations and other advanced consulting output to relevant stake-holders and gained a considerable amount of trust, following and acclaim in the process.

Some of the good folk I have worked with, we have gone on to become very good friends and share good times together whenever we get a chance to meet whether for work or common hobbies.
